Discover Combodia

Combodia is Asia's fastest growing tourist destination. After about 35 years of non-stop war, this beautiful country is finally re-emerging from the darkness.
Since the time of the Vietnam war in the sixties, Cambodia has had to suffer "secret" carpet bombings by the United States, followed by the reign of terror of the Khmer Rouge, a Vietnamese takeover, and a further 20 years of civil war.
Following U.N. peacekeeping efforts, the somewhat dubious election of Prime Minister Hun Sen and the dismantling of the Khmer Rouge, the country is now enjoying a period of stability and new-found optimism. It's many wonders are now open to visitors.

Traditional Combodia!
Traditional arts and crafts are abundant in Cambodia. Scuptures., paintings and curving done with great care and attention. One can view such antiquities in market place, shop or museum. The variety of arts and crafts are large in range and include such item as: silver and gold jewellery, wicker were furniture, fine hard wood furniture, silks, marble sculptures, high quality China, leather ware and much more. There is a sharp eye for detail here and much of the products will be intricately carved especially the furniture, sculptures etc.

Travel to Cambodia will always be high on anybody's travel list as it offers the fabulous temples of Angkor Wat, long considered one of the greatest human achievements of ancient architecture and sculpture.
